This Policy applies to information collected through our website at www.seraphstrategies.com, through LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and other social media advertising we may run, through email and direct communications, and in the course of providing coaching, consulting, facilitation, and related professional services.

By submitting your information to us, including through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Seraph Strategies is a Richmond, Virginia-based coaching and consulting practice serving nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and government agencies. We provide executive coaching, strategic planning, board governance support, facilitation, organizational development, and Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessments and debriefs.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you contact us, request information about our services, sign up for our newsletter, register for an event or workshop, or submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, you may provide:

  • Name and professional title
  • Employer or organization name
  • Business email address and phone number
  • LinkedIn profile information (when submitted via a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form)
  • Any information you choose to include in messages or form responses

2.2 Information from LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms

If you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form in response to one of our ads, LinkedIn shares with us the information that auto-populates from your LinkedIn profile or that you manually enter, which may include your name, professional headline, email address, phone number, employer, job title, location, and your responses to any custom questions we include in the form.

2.3 Information Collected from Clients and Program Participants

In the course of delivering coaching, consulting, and assessment services, we may collect additional information such as session notes, ELI assessment results, written reflections, organizational documents you share with us, and other materials reasonably necessary to perform our services. Confidentiality of this information is governed by your engagement letter or services agreement with Seraph Strategies.

2.4 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve our website.

We use the information we collect to:

We share information with vendors who help us operate our business, such as email and CRM platforms, scheduling and video-conferencing tools, payment processors, accounting and tax professionals, cloud storage providers, and assessment platforms (for example, iPEC for ELI assessments).   • Advertising platforms. Information you submit through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form is collected through LinkedIn and transferred to us. We may also use platforms like LinkedIn to deliver and measure advertising.
